Scrumps & Yum Yum Soft Opening
Capturing the Blackwell’s 30th wedding anniversary was a heartwarming and hilarious experience that I’ll treasure for a long time. I flew down to Dallas for the event, and the best part? I got to bring my smoking hot wife along for the ride. (Definite brownie points earned on this trip)
The celebration was a perfect blend of love, laughter, and a few tear-jerking moments. Pam looked absolutely ravishing—like she just stepped off a movie set—and Twayne, well, let’s just say he cried a bunch of times. But honestly, who could blame him? Thirty years with the love of your life is a pretty good reason to get misty-eyed.
They played games that had everyone rolling with laughter—nothing like seeing your friends and family get a little competitive over party games! And when the music started, the dance floor lit up. Watching Pam and Twayne dance like no one was watching (even though, you know, everyone was) was a beautiful reminder of the spark that’s kept their love alive all these years.
But what really stood out was the sense of joy and connection in the room. It was clear that everyone there was celebrating not just 30 years of marriage, but 30 years of friendship, family, and countless shared memories.
As I snapped away, capturing the smiles, the hugs, the happy tears, and the questionable dance moves (you know who you are!), I couldn’t help but feel grateful to be a part of such a special occasion. The Blackwells’ love story is one for the ages, and getting to document it with my stunning wife by my side made it even sweeter.
All in all, it was an amazing time filled with love, laughter, and a whole lot of heart. Here’s to 30 more years, Pam and Twayne! And maybe a few less tears next time, Twayne… just kidding, we love it!
