ESO Artisanal Pasta BBQ Menu

Working with AJ and Kristina Sankofa of ESO Artisanal Pasta is always a delightful adventure, and our latest project was no exception!  This time, they brought us on to capture the essence of their new BBQ menu as they prepare to launch a new concept restaurant.  The location is still under wraps, but the excitement is palpable—and so is the aroma of delicious food!

Photographing their BBQ offerings was a feast for the senses.  From the sizzling sounds of the grill to the mouth-watering sights of perfectly charred meats, every moment was a testament to their culinary expertise.  As someone who’s honing their food photography skills, this assignment was both a challenge and a joy.  Capturing the smoky textures and vibrant colors of the dishes was as rewarding as sampling them—almost!

Speaking of sampling, let’s just say I did my part to ensure the quality was top-notch. I mean, what’s a little taste-testing in the name of art, right?  From the tender ribeye that practically fell off the bone to vegetables that earned their place on the table, every bite was a testament to AJ and Kristina’s knack for flavor.  And yes, I THOROUGHLY enjoyed every morsel. Research has never been so tasty!

AJ and Kristina’s passion and creativity shine through in everything they do.  Their excitement is contagious, and working with them is always a blend of professionalism and fun.  We laughed, we ate, and we captured some seriously drool-worthy shots.  It’s always a pleasure to be part of their journey, and I can’t wait to see (and taste) what they come up with next.
